Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

We primarily ship through USPS, but depending on the destination, order size, or shipping availability, we may use UPS, FedEx, or another reliable carrier.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Palette & Page Co. offers shipping within the United States and internationally.  Shipping times may vary depending on the destination, carrier delays, customs processing, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

International Returns

If an international order is eligible for a return under our Return Policy, all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Any duties, taxes, customs fees, or other charges associated with returning the order are also the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges, duties, taxes, and customs fees are non-refundable.

Palette & Page Co. is not responsible for additional customs charges or fees incurred during the return process.
